yoga overdrive

Things have been extra busy this week and they are about to get busier. Yesterday I landed my first paying gig as a yoga teacher! I will be teaching a couple classes a week at the YMCA here in Corydon!

Also, the gallery/studio space at 326 S. Capital is almost ready and we hopefully can have class there soon.

Life has been a little yoga crazy lately, lots of classes at Yoga on Baxter, a full weekend workshop for teacher training this weekend, teaching for my fellow employees at the office, and now this!

Not that I’m complaining, it’s been great.

I want to give a quick shout out to fellow Louisville yogini, Cat Larimore. She has a great new website for local yogis and yoga instructors — her class playlists are amazing!
